Gut health data is deeply personal. GutVedam operates under an immutable zero-leakage architecture separating clinical records from commercial fulfillment.
1. Row-Level Security (RLS) Enforcement
Every query against gutvedam_profiles and gutvedam_symptom_logs is guarded by PostgreSQL Row-Level Security policies. Only the authenticated patient session can read or write their stool logs and intake surveys.
2. The Franchise Zero-Health Boundary
GutVedam district franchisees fulfill product orders within their territorial pin codes. Under no circumstances does a franchisee receive, query, or view customer symptom logs, Bristol stool scores, AI conversations, or specialist notes. They receive only delivery tokens, SKU quantities, and shipping addresses.
3. Specialist Scoped Access Window
When a patient schedules a telehealth appointment with a verified Gastroenterologist or Ayurvedic Vaidya, that doctor is granted a temporary access window (commencing 24 hours prior to the call and expiring 72 hours post-call) to inspect Bristol Stool logs. Once concluded, access is cryptographically revoked.
4. Indian DPDP Act 2023 & Global HIPAA/GDPR Alignment
Patients retain absolute ownership of their health information. You may export your complete symptom log history in machine-readable JSON/CSV format or request irreversible deletion of your health profile at any time through our automated privacy dashboard.
